Imposter Syndrome

This campaign centers on the theme that imposter syndrome is a shared, everyday struggle but can be overcome with the right support and self-awareness. Using shades of blue and green, it conveys calmness, growth, and clarity. This campaign highlights how imposter syndrome affects many people in everyday situations, reinforcing the idea that help is available. Having worked on this for a while and to really see it all come together and how it works to convey imposter syndrome, makes me feel like I can help people find the best way to deal with it. Be Your Best Self is a way to live everyday and learn how to live your best life.

Key Audience

Primary

Teenagers who have high workloads in school, and also a lot of pressure to fit in with their friends.

Secondary

Full-time students in college who are also in their schools activities, but they don’t have a lot of extra free time.

Tertiary

Women in their early to mid-thirties who are single and may not always have a lot of support. around them.

People who have high stress loads and want people to like them, while also knowing that they are good at what they do.
